A native of Columbus County, North Carolina, Mr. Davis was admitted to practice in North Carolina and to the U.S. District Court in 1977. From 1982 to 1986, he served as Managing Lead Attorney for Lumber River Legal Service. In 1986, he started his own practice, the Law Office of William L. Davis, III, in Lumberton, North Carolina.
For nearly 25 years, our firm has successfully handled personal injury and insurance-related cases. In addition, we have experience in Social Security Disability and Criminal Law in both State and Federal Courts.
